On behalf of the National Trails Day team, we would like to wish you a very successful event on Sunday. We sincerely appreciate your hard work and effort in organising an event for the very first National Trails Day. The media campaign is continuing with radio interviews with local stations and adverts and press releases in regional and local papers. Combined with a good weather forecast for Sunday, hopefully you will have a great turn-out at your event.

We would also like to remind you of 2 items:

• Win €500 of outdoor gear in our National Trails Day Photo Competition !!

We are inviting the public to submit their favourite photograph which best captures the character and nature of the event they attended. We will pick the best image and present the winning photographer with a voucher for €500 of outdoor clothing. Send them to ph...@coillte.ie before October 10th to enter. For entry details, see www.nationaltrailsday.ie . So remind all those enthusiasts at your event to enter!

We would also like you (the organisers) to send us some shots of the event itself for our archive.
