Easy Sunday Spin

Heya lads and lassy's,

For all those interested there will be an easy spin on sunday! Yes
thats right sunday, the day usually reserved for all those naughty
savages.

Spin will be around 3ROCK possibly followed by a leisurely cycle over
to GOTD for a quick lap if people are feeling up to it (and if i've
recovered from saturday night).

This spin will be suitable for both beginners and lazy bastards like
myself alike! (If anyone else wants to come they are welcome but might
find the pace too slow for them).

Meet at TAYLORS at 10.00am (leaving at 10.15am)

Usual gear needed, if your running late or anything goes wrong my
