Alright lads and lassies!

Sat we are heading up 3 Rock again to the Fairy Castle (my battle with that mountain is in the 4th week and it ain't gonna kill me!) Anyway back to the spin. A very big decent (to makeup for all the climbs and lack of decent descents last week!!).

Yellow House at 10 am,
Up 3 Rock,
Big decent to Lambs Cross area, Daggits, MAD club course, no dabs and right of way!
Over to Leadmines
Bit of trailing and laps ......
Spin to last for about 3-4 hours !
