Hi Everyone,

Here is an upcoming opportunity to learn about grafting fruit trees.  You will have hands on opportunities to graft apple trees.  See below, or contact Betsy True at bt...@wisc.edu for details!

Don Samuelson has agreed to teach a fruit tree grafting class Sunday March 25 1-4 pm. He will bring root stock, scion wood, knives and other materials, and be prepared to discuss techniques for training and maintaining an espalier form using the espaliers in my yard as examples. I will offer some scion wood for apple varieties from my yard. Class is limited to 15. Cost will be $10 and will include two rootstocks. (There is a possibility of buying more, indicate if you are interested in a larger quantity.)

Please send me a check made out to Don Samuelson for $10 to hold your spot.

4785 Toepfer Road, Middleton, WI 53562
