Where: Roosevelt Island Park, take the F train to the Roosevelt Island
stop

It is a seven minute walk to the park from the train station.
What: Annual New York Metro Madhesi Summer Gathering (we want this to
be the biggest Madhesi event each year)
Cost: FREE
Event: Potluck Picnic (each person bring enough food for two people,
we will share) Families bring extra items, make sure you bring enough
water. If you can't cook, you can bring soda, snacks, cheura, dalmot,
chips, napkins.

Plan to be around till at least 3 PM. Bring along board games, cards,
volleyballs. Cameras to take pictures.

Call every Madhesi in the city you know, and get them to come.
