We are looking for someone with experience developing web and/or mobile applications to improve our website (http://www.WomStreet.com) and build a mobile application. The applicant must be available during the summer and have experience programming with Ruby on Rails. Further requirements:

- Great work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible with regard to work hours
- Ability to respond quickly under pressure
- A desire to get involved with a startup and build a popular product/brand

We are a seed stage company and will have plenty of room for growth and advancement. Accepted applicants will be paid in cash and equity according to performance. If the fit is right, this could lead to a permanent position.
