Subject: Moderator note - questions on the list and getting along as adults
Hello everyone; It's late here and I will give this recent list situation the attention it deserves. However, may I please ask, until tomorrow, that you all please consider being the adults that you are and taking the opportunity to get along with eachother.
Here's what this means.
• think before you respond. Please don't just retaliate if you feel like you weren't understood.
• Be calm in your responses. When you do respond to someone, please explain yourself clearly and calmly.
• Avoid name-calling or accusing others of anything. This is not your right here. and this applies to everyone.
• If you think you're 'right' in a particular discussion, then be comfortable with that and know that you don't need to tell others this on the list. Just be content…
Okay, please keep the above in mind. I'll address this issue in-depth tomorrow.
