Is it possible to convert swf into mpeg

i downloaded some flash films this week and the only way i can watch them is to click on it and then the open with box appears,i choose explorer and it opens,how do i uncheck always open with and can i convert swf files into mpeg or avi?

I don't know about converting but you can certainly playback flash movies in
either realplayer or quicktime player (as long as th emovies are straight
animations without complex interactivity.

To change you rfile associations do this:
- single click the swf movie icon with your left button
- hold down the shift key and right-click the (now selected) swf movie icon
- you should see an 'Open With' option in the pop-up menu
- Choose the application to open the movie with
