hi,
Is there any other way of converting the flash movie to an AVI other than
exporting the movie from F5 itself?

the reason is when I import the AVI to premier 5, the graphic is really bad.
I tried QuickTime but its not good.

You need to set the turn of the compression, and export as a clean fram to
frame avi. It works like a glance on my computer. But this take time to
do... Also, you must make the Falsh movie the same sise as your movie in
Premiere....

I searched for free swf to video and got 2 free tools:
1. Handbrake: this free tool can transfer SWF to mp4 and mkv for free.
2. YouConvertIt: it is a free online service which helps in converting swf to many other video formats.
