Hi I've just imported a complex Illustrator file with a handful of layers with
grouped objects. Evertything came in beautifully and I've since distributed to
layers in Flash. However, now, when I go to test the movie - I get a "Cannot
complete operation because there is not enough Stack Space" ....I've never seen
this, but it doesn't look too good for my output. Can anyone help? Is this a
matter of upping the memory that Flash uses? Much appreciated!

I'm no expert on what you are doing but, typically, a message about "not enough
Stack Space" is caused because you have created some sort of infinite loop
where some function calls are nested indefinitely to the point where the stack
overflows. In normal operation, the stack size should be plenty big enough and
you should not need to up the memory that Flash uses - even if that were
possible. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

I have encountered the same problem while publishing a web site full with
architecural vector-based drawings (www.dicomedia.nl).
If you do not have enough stack space then too many items are piled up or
'stacked' on one single layer.
In order to avoid this :
a) spread the content on several layers.
b) categorize the content into library members like graphics, also if you use
the graphic only once.
