AS3: some times yes and others not

Hi everybody, my question is:

i have 3 clips and i get move it with script code, i´m using Tween class and
Timer class, but, when i run the aplication sometimes work fine and othes not
do that.

for example:

clip____n. execute___work
clip1.............1...................yes
clip2.............1...................yes
clip3 ............1.................. yes

clip1.............2...................yes
clip2.............2...................nop
clip3 ............2.................. yes

clip1.............3...................yes
clip2.............3...................yes
clip3 ............3.................. nop

why do that??? no show errors when i compile the swf, and that is freqently in
my proyects, sometimes yes and sometimes not, the client not be very happy with
this problem.
