Can anyone tell me how can the distortion effect on Doomkounty.com (section
"ammunition") can be simulated?

The effect only occurs when you roll over the image with mouse... and for
ones who dont wanna visit the site: the image enlarges the area (but not
with fish eye effect) on which is mouse, but the corners of the image remain
on the same place so its not a zoom effect. Its more like an emboss, and
when you roll out image returns to its starting state with elastic ease.

Thanks
Luka

Thanks a lot :) Sample is working excellent! I didn't knew that topic about
doomkounty was so discussed, did everyone tried to copy the effect? And can
i ask you for just one thing, can you just explain me the basic principle
how the sections enlarge and the other ones shrink, what was the idea when
you were making the movie?

Once again, THANKS :)))))) cause i was trying to make that for 4 hours and
every time it looked like an errror.

LOL, I'm quite sure that they didn't invent the effect. This effect has been going around for awhile.
