AP Divs not showing

I've created a simple home page with an image st the top (AP div) and
buttons
(also AP divs)arranged vertically along the left side of the page and
buttons at
the top.
Problem: I have seven buttons at the left and only the top one is
showing. There
are 2 buttons so far athe top of the page and only the left-hand one
is showing
Is there a Z order problem?
