I am looking for documentation about what if any encryption support is available for Coldfusion MSSQL datasource connections on the ColdFusion server. There is a setting in MSSQL that forces client applications to encrypt data sent to it called ForceEncryption. One of my clients called me in last night after they appear to have tried to update java on a CF7 server, and now the server process won't restart. I reset the jvm.config file to point back to the default that shipped with the server: c:\cfusionmx7\runtime\jre\ and we still can't get it to start. Hello, We are running CF801 multi server, IIS7, Windows2008. About one or twice a week a runaway process appears and the only way to get rid of it is to restart the JRUN admin process.
