Buying one of the initial iMac Intel core solo computers, I was very
disappointed when a few months later Apple released the Core duo
version.  That was the first and last time I early adopted an Apple
product.
Was the Apple business model greed and profit motive or rushing out the
latest technology to its customers?  Which of those you believe depends
on how wealthy you are (or if you work where Apple products come freely
to you.)
