I'm having this problem again. I dragged a local repository onto MacHG. It
figured out the remote repository and lists it correctly in the sidebar and
pushes/pulls work OK but I always have to check the box for "allow push to
any repository".
Not much in hgrc:
[paths]
default = [link]

Just to keep everyone in the loop, a little over two weeks ago I launched a beta
of MacHg 1.0.0
Unfortunately my day job has been very intense of late and I have not had the
time during these last two weeks which I need to properly finish the beta. Also
many many people wrote to me with very valuable feedback. Thank you all!

Wow... I really don't know what is going on here. Others have not complained of this. I have a feeling it is some configuration to do with your machine. (Of course I believe that it's happening to you since I can see the trace you attached below.)
I just can't reproduce this though... Darn...
Can anyone else reproduce this?

I wish I could be more specific - but it only happens when the trying
to Add a server repository as it's trying to connect to the server to
see if the connection is OK. It's not every time, and it's not 100%
reproducible. I will add I haven't seen it since saving a the macHG
document. The best bet for reproducing it is opening a new doc without

I am not aware of this. One question is if you manually save the document. Ie through the save menu command and then relook for this document again after a crash all of the repositories should be there.
(You can easily have multiple MacHg documents.)
Now the next question is do you have a repeatable example which crashes which is either public access or something you can give me access to?

Can you try MacHg 0.9.24 and see if you get the same problem.
MacHg and FileMerge diffing localized iOS strings files yields empty panes

 Hello,
I have this strange problem when trying to diff localized strings files:
The FileMerge application opens as usual, but all panes are empty. It still
says e.g. "status: 4 differences" at the bottom left, though.
Strangely enough this problem only seems to manifest itself with localized
strings files. Diffing other files works as expected.
