ANN: Wiki completed move to GitHub

Just a short announcement that our wiki has been complete moved to GitHub.  It was done (completely unprompted) by a volunteer - Thorsten from Germany.  Kudos to him for all the hard work moving stuff over.  We couldn't have done it without you Thorsten!

We will be shutting done our Trac and SVN installation in near future since we are completely on Git and GitHub wiki.
