Strange behavior of 1.9 on OBD 3.0

I am running up against a wall here and I was hoping someone else can share in my misery. Specifically, I have a new application I am developing using a fresh install of OBD 3.0 and M2 1.9 (latest trunk from 1.9) on top of Jetty.

The error I am getting on each request is as follows:

[15:22:09] Expression Exception in : C:/WebTools/Jetty/webapps/racermgmt/MachII/framework/AppLoader.cfc Line: 266

GetFileInfo caused an error (file does not exist)

I tried to trace this down and from what I can tell the file being referenced is in deed on the file system. Has anyone experienced this with the latest OBD build? The app "runs" but I am not too sure what problems I may be creating for myself.

I am also experiencing another odd issue as relates to views which I haven't seen before. Specifically, all pages load as blank pages regardless if there is an error or what not. The only way I can get this to stop and to load the actual view content is to insert a cfabort at the end of the file. This is really odd too.

I sure I am rusty with M2 and missing something here. Any help/recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
