Hi Everyone,

I am just starting to use Mach-II and so far I like it - and it doesn't seem too difficult to get my head around either.

I have a question about CS 2.0 and its abstractGateway class.
I have done a search here in the group and with Mr. Google, too - unfortunately - seemingly - without result.

In a previous application I started using the AbstractGateway class provided by ColdSpring, which creates some basic CRUD methods for you that you can use with ORM.
At the suggestion of  Mark Mandel, I also started using an abstractService too (and onMissingMethod() ).

Combined - it pretty much means that I don't have to write any substantial code for any of my services or gateway CFCs.

I did read that there is Mach-II link with CS. But what I read also said that it wasn't working for CS 2.0.

So my questions are;
Does M2 "just" work with CS 2.0? and if it doesn't - is there a currently known work-around?
And lastly, has anyone used the CS abstractGateway with Mach-II?

As is always the case - thanks very much for any help you might be able to provide.

- Gavin.

Right now the Mach II ColdSpring property that is bundled with Mach II does not support CS 2.0. If you write a property that does support CS 2.0 if you could contribute it back that would be great.

Hi Kurt,
I am happy to help out wherever I can - but am limited by my newbie status of working with Mach-II.

When I get that far - if I manage to work something out - rest assured I will submit it back to the project.

 - Gavin.
