I have hypens replacing a space for my title:
http://www.site.com/index.cfm/e/title/This-Is-the-title-09-10-08

is there any way to URLEncodedFormat that? when it spits it out, it
has all the weird characters in it... which works but doesn't look
good for someone that wants to sendthe url from a page...
