ANN: Mach-II Simplicity (1.8) RC1 Released

Team Mach-II (which is now six people strong) is pleased to announce the
immediate availability of Mach-II Simplicity (1.8) RC1.

You can read all the details from this strength to strength release on

Team Mach-II highly encourages everybody to test out Simplicity before
it gets deemed gold. Community input is one of the best strengths of
the Mach-II community. We need YOUR help to continue making Mach-II
releases a success. If you happen across any strange behavior or
exceptions in Simplicity, feel free to query directly on the list
(especially if it is more of a question) or file a ticket in Trac. We're
all here to help!

Even though Simplicity RC1 is just wee hours old, Kurt and Peter spend
some time over the weekend triaging tickets for Mach-II "Integrity"
(1.9). By no means do the tickets reflect the big features we have
planned if you peruse the roadmap, but we're on a roll and we're all
glad to you have all with us.
