Are there plans to provide a means to extend (through, say, a plug-in)
the dashboard? Of course, we can modify the code of the dashboard, but
I'm thinking more along the lines of something that will easily carry
over through upgrades.

Let's say that we have admin-type things that we wish to do ... for
example, changing app-level properties on-the-fly. It would be nice to
be able to add custom functionality to the dashboard to have one
location for such things.

Nice idea--can you do us a favor and submit a ticket for this enhancement request? It's the best way for us to keep it on our radar:

This goes for any time anyone has an enhancement request. Feel free to bring it up on the list as well for discussion, but if you have things you'd like to see in Mach-II submitting a ticket is really helpful.

Thanks!

This something I've already thought of doing, but haven't had time to implement a plugin structure or discuss with the list. Please file a ticket so I and the team doesn't forget - it's a great idea!
