Repaired my permissions, MacFusion broke!

I swapped in a bigger hard drive in my macbook after duping the
contents of the old one with Carbon Copy Cloner. I also fixed
permissions on the drive - didn't watch the whole thing, but it
looked like everything in my apps folder was "owner is 0, should be
33". The permissions were allegedly fixed, but ever since then,
MacFusion gives me "mount process terminated unexpectedly". Any ideas?
