Cycling TV (and other options?)

I have been trying to contact Cycling TV for a few weeks now, to no avail. I am trying to verify their schedule for 2012.

So, I thought I would ask this distinguished list of their opinions on Cycling TV, Steephill, etc.

What do you all use? What do you like? Dislike? Anyone have a Roku (other than me) and access any channels?

No, I do not have "cable". No, I do not have access to NBC/Universal (nee Versus). I'm looking for internet access to cycling!
