Please find attached the instructions for submitting a presentation.

Every candidate has to submit a presentation on http://cplan.com/oracleopenworld2009/cfp/

Please to complete as follows:

- What is your role for this submission? User Group Speaker

- Are you a member of a User Group? If yes, please select which User Group(s) you belong to: EOUC

This way they will be listed as EMEA/EOUC candidates and selected in our quota.

The Call for Papers will close on April 17th 2009. After that we will have voting in EMEA. More information about that coming later. Voting time will be until May 10th 2009.

Those presentations that were not selected will be placed on a public voting on http://mix.oracle.com and therefore may be selected after all.

We do not yet have the information on how many presentations can be submitted for EMEA.
