LDB Data from SOK

I need the telemetry data but the web wants a facebook account or
money to download. Can someone make this available on our wiki?

I don't do facebook and don't think the creative commons license is
intended to poach money from users when the data gets "scribb'd".

Wow, I must say that Scribd seems to have gone downhill since the last time I've seen it. An alternative to paying, is to upload another file... I just picked a random text file off my drive and uploaded it.

I've attached the file in all three formats, and will see about uploading to the wiki.
