Dpdt contractors aren't really made. You would need two purpose built contactor with a mechanical linkinge between the two. A reversing contactor.
AC or DC motor? Modern contactors are usually rated for AC, they don't rate 'em for dc because of the huge inrush of current of you are trying to get a capacitive/inductive loads going from zero.
I have 40amp with 24vdc coil and 2 no and 2 nc aux contacts. I should have two more of 'em coming in next week. Altech mc40 if curious. I don't have the reversing bar for them, but you could use the aux contacts to energize the second coil. This won't be certifiable but it would work. Though they are about 10 amps lower then what you need.
