Help needed for DerbyCon Afterparty!

As many of you know, we're having a DerbyCon afterpart at the Hackerspace THIS FRIDAY at 8pm.  I've got libation taken care of, but I need help prepping the space and obtaining food.  Last year, the food situation was pretty lame, so I'll take any volunteer effort for this.  I also need help prepping the space.  Whoever volunteers for this job gets to pick how the space is set up for the party.

Last year, we had 70+ folks show up at the party.  Let's make it another good one this year.  Any and all flame throwing contraptions are welcome!

I could still use more volunteers to help set up, and I could *really* use someone to throw together a quick handbill for the party (with the location, time, etc.).  Something that could be printed 4-up on a crappy laser printer and handed out en masse.  If no one else does it, then I have to do it tonight, and it won't be pretty!

cleaned up the big room some, still need to finish sweeping and cleaning the main room which is a mess after tuesdays meeting. there is still trip hazards all over the boneyard, All cables, hoses, wires and piece of scrap need to be put away.

 There could be over 100 people coming through the space Friday and that stuff laying on the floor may be trampled or things may be knocked over or spilled on if proper care is not taken.

Couple things:

For the After party - you want 

Sweet (We can do Fudge)

or

Savory (We have no clue...Suggestions?)

and

For the flyers, somthing that was asked for last year... directions to LVL1 from the hotel (and back) that can be given to the taxi companys (or referred to by those with cars)

Do you have them written out?  I haven't googled the hotel and all that yet.  I haven't had dinner yet and will be making this after I eat.

Note that we have 2 steam table setups which can support 4 trays.  Get some bags of stuff from Sams and that would do the trick.  I would do it, but I'm all fooded out at this point.

I live about three blocks from the space, and get off work here in an hour or so. Is there anything still needed that I could assist with?

Help needed to set up would be great!  I'm going to be at the space at about 6 or 6:30 to set up.
