In the market for a mixed signal scope...

I'm looking for a logic analyzer and an oscilloscope... perhaps one of
the combo USB.
Anyone have experience with any of the sub $300 scopes like that?

I've seen some that range between $75 to $300 and really don't know what I need.

I mostly want to debug general protocols
(i2c/twi/1-wire/232/485/manchester) but would like to be able to
measure some analog signals too.

I've used the usbeeAX, it works fine. The clones of that don't typically do the analog inputs.
