Wouldn't the dye test indicate where it's going?=A0 Once they inject the dy=
e, wouldn't there have to be a manhole access on Logan street to see the dy=
e flowing there, and therefore make it obvious there is indeed a line there=

ream, but in checking all the manholes of the possible routes they find no =
