What about all the ones at the space? Some of those are 30 mhz or so. You could do your playing around at the space.

Subject: {LVL1} Looking for old analog oscilloscope
Anybody know where I could get a cheap old analog oscilloscope locally? Just want an old one for playing around with and to learn about oscilloscopes. I don't need much bandwidth; 20Mhz is fine.
Thanks,
John Combs

Use the ones at the space… There’s tutorials (I think they’re linked to the QR code… not sure)
Work up to the better ones
Get “good” with the scope
THEN, you will know what to look for in one of your own….
