Hey Chris from LVL1 here. All you need is one member of LVL1 with a key
willing to host this event. Someone to let people in and be there for the
meetup. There is really no reason that LVL1 leadership needs to approve
this. All it takes is one member of LVL1 to be a champion and coordinate
the details.
I personally cannot be that champion, as I am busy moving. But I'd think
some member of LVL1 would be willing to be a champion.

I'll post to the meetup link that we've got a site... I don't know how many
we'll get, but it's worth a shot. There were only a handful that showed
interest, so it should be easy to figure out time...
