Dinner Ideas for the meeting?

Anyone have any dinner ideas for tomorrow? I'm pondering a couple of options but I thought I'd put out a thread for discussion and see if anything more interesting comes up from the group. So be awesome and suggest an epic meal (that can be done on a decent budget!).

Spaghetti
Goulash

I did spaghetti not too long ago and I don't have the appropriate dishes to do enough lasagne for everyone but the goulash did make me think of a nice soup I can make for everyone: Taco Soup. Weird, I know, but it's delicious, especially with chips.
Does anyone now the status of bowls at the space? Anyone want to bring some? Does anyone want to step up and bring some regular corn tortilla chips? I figure 2-3 bags ought to be plenty and leftover chips will feed hungry hackers easily. Sour cream is also a nice touch, as I recall. Anyone someone else doesn't claim I'll get myself.
As usual if you have a side dish or dessert or anything to share feel free to bring it on in! It doesn't have to "match" or anything; this is a pot-luck after all!
