Hello All!

My name is Steven Sutton and I am the Secretary of Freeside Atlanta, a
hackerspace in Atlanta, Georgia. I wanted to ask about the size/scope
of the MOTHER project and whether it would be feasible to import some
or all of it to our space. We could even extend your team if you'd
like.

We already have an RFID access control system. The service to monitor
who is in the space etc... is broken. However, what we're really
looking for is a way to control access to certain areas. We want to
use a combination of RFID and some kind of key distribution system to
control access to expensive or dangerous equipment and integrate with
billing. Is this something that MOTHER can do or that you're
interested in?

Thank you,

Steven

And the rate it's going for right now, one might think that it's downtown
Detroit. I'm sure the neighborhood can't be *that* bad!

Seriously, for that price, I'm really considering bidding on this. Not as
good as owning your own decommissioned missile silo, but with some paint
and some floating docks (not to mention a stairwell) this might be a cool
party pad!

You left out the identifier in your link, so no one will be able to see what you're referring to, but they have some interesting things.  Personally, if I lived anywhere near Kansas, I'd get this Talyst AutoPack medication-dispensing machine:  http://gsaauctions.gov/gsaauctions/aucdsclnk?sl=61QSCI12019050 Dispenses a mix of up to 350 different items in any combination.  Only 2 days left, and the bid is only $50?!
