Last week I personally bought a "1 gallon kit" of IE-3075 rigid polyurethane. I'm not sure if rigid polyurethane is what you meant by "urethane", but if it is I can give you a few ounces or if you want a ton of it, sell you a larger slice of the kit. For the 1 gallon kit, it was just under $120 with shipping and such.

http://lcamtuf.coredump.cx/gcnc/#4>. From my reading, it seems to be fairly safe to work with, but more touchy to mix then epoxy and likely needs to be degassed (vacuum pump and a desiccator chamber) to not get bubbles in the cast.
