Anybody know where I could get a cheap old analog oscilloscope locally? Just want an old one for playing around with and to learn about oscilloscopes. I don't need much bandwidth; 20Mhz is fine.
What about all the ones at the space? Some of those are 30 mhz or so. You
could do your playing around at the space.

Work up to the better ones
Get "good" with the scope

Agreed. When you are ready to buy there is a cool digital one that can be
hacked to give 100mhz. It costs about 350 and is the size of a lunchbox. I
will look for a link.
