Vinyl Cutter is working (and documented!)

The vinyl cutters is upstairs and operational!  I setup an all in one computer with touchscreen upstairs running Ubuntu and Inkscape next to the cutter.  It's not super fast, but all it has to do is run Inkscape and a really light plugin to print to the cutter.  I think Brian is planning on bringing in another computer to install Windows and Corel Draw and things like that.
