Perhaps the washer, but that dryer is in perfect condition. If you, or anyone in LVL1, has an old (or no) Dryer, then this is perfect for them. All they need to do is to take BOTH, and drop the washer off at lvl1
(If lvl1 does not want it, then they can do whatever they want to with it)
The washer works, but there's an odd problem in the transmission. Sometimes(not often) the thing slips into the wrong gear (Spin cycle init during wash cycle and so forth)So I would NOT pick it as your main washer...
