Our 2nd Bday party is coming up and we need to get the place looking
good! I'll be at the space this Saturday at 2pm, heading up the
clean-up efforts.
We can use as many hands as possible to sweep, vacuum, gather garbage
and pile junk. I'll be there at 2pm, but it'll be going until ??? so
please drop by whenever you are available.

As with the air compressor discussion, this is not a FAP
The space is in need of some dehumidifiers. The ones we had in the basement
have booth given out. Before I do a FAP for one or two, would like to see if
an of the group has experience with them. I looked at some 70 pint per day
units for about $270 each. I am thinking we should have two units. One in
the bone yard and one in the undead area.
We have mold growing in the basement and need to start drying it out.

The currently broken dehumidifiers are both 40qt units. One has a busted
fan, the other has a fan that won't start (tried replacing the motor start
cap, no joy).
If anyone wants to work on them, they're at the space. Fixing a broken one
saves us cold hard cash.

Joe, I cleaned up all of these mold spots in the basement yesterday as
best I could... Vacuumed up all the growth and then bleached the
spots. They were all in areas were water pooled on the floor above at
some point, either from rain water leaks or from the kitchen area.
But, yes getting dehumidifiers working again is the only way to keep
this under control and keep the basement pleasant. I brought the two
broken dehumidifiers upstairs for folks to try and fix yesterday. I
expect that they are sill not working, reading Brad's comments.
There's no reason to wait very long on this. This FAP can happen in
the next couple of days, unless someone can fix the units today or
tomorrow. I can do the purchase sometime this week and get them in.
