I just came across Luvit and it seems like a very good idea to me. I noticed that it is not mentioned in Wikipedia yet. In the node.js page in Wikipedia, similar engines for other languages are mentioned but not Luvit yet.

It would be nice if someone with good knowledge of Luvit creates its Wikipedia page and link it from here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nodejs. That might help to bring more attention to Luvit as well.

With all due respect to Luvit...

I agree it could be mentioned on /Nodejs

However I don't think Luvit has reached the Wikipedia notability
critieria for having its own page. Imv it needs to be used in some major
documented projects, plus it needs significant "media" coverage to
justify its notability to the editors. Right now it's barely more than
an experiment (a very interesting, cool and exciting experiment, but
still an experiment).

My 2 cents,

Ross.

I agree. If the page were to be created, it would be nominated for deletion in no time, and there's no source we could use as a reference to argue for a KEEP vote.
