New snapshot release: r14228

I've put up a new snapshot release - r14228 - which includes the
recent store rebuild logic changes and all the little fixes I've been
doing lately.

Please test!

Please create an issue in the google code project. I'll go and see
what include's I've missed.

I'm going to have to do another snapshot release anyway; I missed out
on a few reasonably important tweaks to the ufs_rebuild process.
