Lucene index version difference

Hi,
I have just started exploring Luke tool (lukeall-3.5.0.jar), great
one!
During review, I see something odd. When I open one of my Solr 3.5
index in the tool, the tool says [Index format: -11 (Lucene 3.1)] in
Overview screen. Now, when I run Tools -> Check Index Tools option,
then it says [lucene.version=3.5.0 1204988]. I expected the overview
screen should show, Lucene 3.5, but it isn't. Is this behaviour
inline? Can anybody please suggest?
