Hey Guys!!
Wassup. I know I'm surely missing a lot these days on LUG-J front but
man I'm just dying to get outta this MS world.. please give me some
FOSS air to breath.
When can we have a meet for some good conversation, discussions and
just hanging ??
I guess this is the right time as the holidays for winters are near
and my friends who are in various colleges must be free from there
daily chores.
Also, I'm looking forward to re-start my LFY subscription as I missed
to re-new it after Oct. edition. So, anybody who can spare me a order
coupon from the November edition of LFY.
Speaking of LFY, today I just surfing through there website www.linuxforu.com,
and damn I was shocked to see that the biggest banners for FOSS was
hosting MS ad. right on top of there website. Surely, capitalism is
taking its toll on the FOSS community too.
Besides, it's been sometime since I had any kinda interaction with you
guys. Please temme what are we upto, what are the plans and how are we
moving ahead ?? Would surely love to be a part.
Better would be to plan for a meet and have some fun guys.
Looking forward for an eventful evening.

Yep ! Let's have another meeting soon ! I've returned back to Jaipur after being
away for almost a month but I'll be out of town again after the 23rd, so let's
meet up before that.
I'll have to take a rain check on whether I can host it this time tho', since we
have people visiting and my 'office' might not be available. Let me confirm on
that tho'. If there are other suggestions on the venue please put them out.

I can do that. You can have my copy of the magazine as well if you are building
a collection (i'm not a subscriber, i just bought it for the OpenBSD and Sabayon
DVDs, unfortunately i left 'em behind in Pune).

Hehehe. Capitalism can work for the community too !
I recommend that everyone should click through the MS Ads when browsing FOSS
friendly sites (I've seen their ads on ./ too) and generate some revenue for
these sites (since most ad revenue models work on the amount of traffic
generated by the website for the advertiser).

I am coming to the pink city on 25th evening and will be there till
31st december. If we can have a meeting or get together it will be
great. I am planning to go to choki dhani interested people kindly

Hi,
We can meet sometime around dusk and sit at JKK (jawahar kala kendra) and there is a coffee house in JKK where we all can sit for a while but someone will have to check when it closes, or we can meet at any one of the coffee shops at GT (Gaurav tower) they are open till and also wont bug us for not ordering enough in a longer time.
I'll have to take a rain check on whether I can host it this time tho', since we

Hi,
well yes we can have a meet during that time, since hopefully no_mind,n9986 and koolhead17 are also coming over from delhi for the weekend, so we might aswell have a small tech-event at my college, but will conform that later, so anyways we can have a christmas or a pre/post christmas if some people want to celebrate it with their families.

I am free on Today evening and Tomorrow evening. So, we can meet at JKK (as suggested by Acedip).
As far as Delhi guys and Deepsa is concerned, we can meet them on Christmas or Pre/Post Christmas.

Well then I guess it's best to have a meet around 25th as we can have
all the guys present there.

with all after a long time and of course we can plan better for our
future.
Choki-dhani is nice place to hang around. If all are ok, then we can
certainly meet there and have a nice meet-up.
