For those of you have not registered for the conference and are
planning to go. The AAOHNS is waiving the late fee ($200). If you are
a member, registration is then only $100.
The registration form is available by calling 1-866-849-8869 and they
will fax it to you. I also have extra copies. After filling it out, fax
it to Allison Burns at 703-519-1546. Her phone number is 703-836-4444
ext. 577 She is in charge of registration. If any of you don't get to
register before you leave, when you are on-site in L.A. ask for Mary
Jones who is the manager for registration on-site and they will waive
the late fee.
Allison Burns is trying to help us in securing housing for the
conference. She needs a head count in who is interested in attending
