Land rover Disco TD5 ES hanging at the back

Hi
My disco TD5 Es developed a problem
The rear is hanging overnight
It has become worst the past week
What is my options
Can I replace with normal shocks, and if I do what else must be
disabled to ensure the pump is not pumping anymore
Do I replace the Airbags and the pump, and what else for that matter
Where can I get all at a good price, and who can install for me
Your advise is appreciated

Normally with my Landy its only the driver that has a "overhang" - overnight!
