LRMI Specification version 0.5

The 0.5 version of the LRMI Specification is now available at
http://wiki.creativecommons.org/LRMI/Specification_v0.5
Pending resolution of the accessibility-related terms and the other
noted TODOs below, this version is intended to be the last major
revision before final release and submission to Schema.org.

TODOs
- Finalize the set of the accessibility-related terms.
