Come see the newly-renovated NOPD 8th District Headquarters (rumor has
it that it's now significantly improved and looks quite nice), meet
the officers and have an opportunity to support "COPS 8," the
Citizens' Organization for Police Support that helps to ensure that
incidental expenses (like copier paper or printer ink when supplies
run short) and enhancements (like the scooters that provide improved
mobility and response for the officers in the 8th District).
