Problem with README step 16: "Configure Thinking Sphinx"....

I followed all the directions. Everything was great until I got to
step 16: configuring thinking sphinx. Below is the problem I ran
into:

/var/www/lovdbyless: rake ts:start
(in /var/www/lovdbyless)

I LOOKED TO SEE IF I COULD FIND THE "development.sphinx.conf" file it
mentioned above. But it's not there?

/var/www/lovdbyless: cd config
/var/www/lovdbyless/config: ls
boot.rb database.yml database.yml.tmp environment.rb environments
flickr.cache initializers routes.rb
/var/www/lovdbyless/config:

Try rake ts:in and then start.

No, if the readme doesn't say that, then there is something wrong with
the readme.
