DO NOT USE THESE GUYS THEY REALLY SUCK!
1. They advertise a hosting account with a pre-installed lovdbyless
app.
NOT TRUE: After we made the purchase and request for an install it
took them 5 working days to get an installation going.
2. After that the app crashed constantly, as of right now all the app
has been down for two days.

3. When we contacted them for service they stated the site had gone
down because of our fault. I suppose changing the logo graphic and the
style sheet must have crashed the site!
They then turned around and referred us to a bunch of trouble shooting
pages which I wasn't about to even look at as we did nothing that
could cause the whole app to crash.
Try another host!

Steve, it was frustrating to get the right gems finally working at RoR
hosting but I do have the app skeleton running on Hostgator. Decent
service, could be better in having more knowledgeable RoR level 1
support but so far most of my issues on RoR have gotten worked out.
