I think that the meaning of the title should be clear enough.

One meme is the vision of eternally expanding democracies of evolving
humanity represented by the Sandi Patti "The Star Spangled Banner". I
very highly recommend its selection, see user letstalkaboutstuff
channel on YouTube.
Another meme is "Archive" which may be but is not necessarily a
malevolent AI entity controlling humans etc using implants and
transmissions represented by song "Crazy Frog - Popcorn". I thought
that I had subdued that entity thoroughly but I may have possibly
misthought that.
